Jeremy W. Homer Dover, Delaware
JEREMY W. HOMER joined Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A. in 1985 and is a Director. He concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental law, administrative law, and employment law. Mr. Homer is a 1970 graduate of Tulane University, received his J.D. in 1974 from the Albany Law School, and his Masters Degree from the College of Marine Studies, University of Delaware, in 1976. Admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1976, Mr. Homer has served as a Delaware Deputy Attorney General involved in environmental matters, including representation of the Delaware Environmental Appeals Board. In 1999 he was appointed as a member of the Delaware Nutrient Management Commission.
