Active in Delaware's business community, Mr. Kovach is a member of both the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and the Committee of 100, and is active in their environmental committees.

In his pro bono activities, Mr. Kovach is a member of the Federal Civil Panel for the District of Delaware and has served as the attorney advisor to Brandywine High School's Mock Trial team for seven years. He also coaches youth soccer for the Concord Soccer Association.

Mr. Kovach earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Delaware, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law Camden.
